System announcements

Announcements carry feature updates, maintenance notices, and important reminders. Administrators publish them from the console and every user sees them.

Where to find them

• Desktop: the bell at the bottom of the narrow left sidebar. A red dot appears while something is unread.
• Canvas page: the bell in the top-right toolbar, with an unread counter badge.
• Clicking the bell while signed out opens the sign-in dialog first.

List and detail

• The list opens as an overlay titled "系统公告": unread entries are highlighted with a dot, and the empty state is "暂无公告". Opening the panel refreshes it immediately.
• Clicking an entry opens a dialog titled with the announcement title (or "公告详情" when it has none). Empty content shows "暂无内容", and the footer lists the publish and creation times.
• The dialog buttons are "我已阅读" to mark this announcement as read and close, and "全部已读" to clear every unread item at once. Failures report "标记公告已读失败，请稍后重试".

When they appear

Once signed in, the client polls for announcements every 30 seconds, so a newly published notice shows up within roughly 30 seconds (opening the panel refreshes immediately). There is no real-time push.

How administrators publish

In the admin console's "消息管理" tab, create an announcement with a title and content, save it as a draft, then click "发布". The confirmation reads "发布后所有用户将看到此公告，确定发布？". See Admin console.
